I have now be practicing Be Activated for 10 years and although people are more than welcome to receive a Sports Massage, Be Activated is my go to, to start with. Book in and learn how to be more relaxed and at the same time be more resilient to stress, more in control confident in movement and stronger. Look at the top sports people they stay relaxed, last longer and amazing things happen. If they get stressed they tense up and don't preform as well. And will burn out quicker during a game... you are no different. Relaxed and strong with activations will out perform someone stressed, pumped up (only effective for a few minutes) and quickly fatiguing, resulting in poorer decisions and under performing. Be Activated allowing you to do things you didn't realise possible!

YOU (zone 1 Diaphragm Psoas Glutes). Look after number 1 is not being selfish but helps you Thrive and help F&F (Zone 2 Quads Hamstring and core) ATOF - all the other F's(zone 3 lower leg, arms and neck /jaw). When you look after YOU. You feel better, think clearer, make better decisions, stress happens but it bounces of you , you're more resilient and can help others with you becoming drained. Switch on your diaphragm, psoas and glutes and help yourself be YOU. If you're feeling drained. Take a step back. Say No and reset yourself and come back stronger. Self activation can be extremely helpful and I always encourage it. Either to help you completely or to help advance and prepare for future activations sessions (if required) . I routinely swap with another "Be Activated" therapist. The last session we had together we self activated but had our muscles tested before and after. The results where just as good as when a therapist applies the techniques (ok we had an advantage knowing how to) Be Activated is ideal to use everyday to keep you feeling great. As part of your warm up for better movement ,without having to think how to move! If you want more and want to Thrive book in for some Be Activated.
