⭐️Nightingales are looking for Full-time and part-time & weekend carers in KELSO.
Nightingales is flexible with working hours and will work with you for a role that suits you.

If you have compassion, a caring nature and a drive to make a difference then a job in the care field could be for you.

Nightingales provides high quality care in and around Kelso grading 5's throughout the inspection process. Nightingales provides fuel expenses, all training requirements and opportunities of SVQ's.

There is no essential requirement for previous experience in the care field as all training and shadowing will be provided by Nightingales.

The result is a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and compassion each and every single carer brings to Nightingales every single working day.
The carers commitment to providing the highest quality of care has truly shone through, and we couldn’t be prouder.

At Nightingales we have quality assurance forms completed once a year on top of our quality reviews we do three monthly to ensure we are providing the care that is right for all of our service users.

Upon 30 quality Assurance forms that were sent out we had 21 returned and below is the the 8 questions we asked and the % of response we had back.

We hope you find this insightful and will give you a good insight to the care we provide at Nightingales.

As a company we take the positive and the negative feedback on board and reflect on this looking how we can improve our provision as a company and feeding back to any relevant parties.
