🍂We understand the financial commitment from you maybe sounds like a lot to ask. After attending weekend long retreats and evening events together we know that spending some of our hard-earned money on something for ourselves is always worth it. You work hard- you deserve to enjoy booking yourself a treat now and again too!

✨I’ve realised that doing things for me, taking time out, spending time with like minded people allows me to come home feeling rested, relaxed, uplifted, fulfilled and inspired. This in turn gives me a confidence boost, makes me more engaged and motivated, happier to be around.

➡️ What I’m saying is fill your own cup for once! Pour into yourself - be a better version of yourself for those around you… especially on the lead up to a very busy and sometimes stressful time of year! 🙏🏼😘

A full week of classes ahead… where will I see you? ✨🧘🏼‍♀️

➡️We start the week with our beautiful Mummas and their babies. Pre-crawlers are welcome. Stay for a cuppa and a blether after.
➡️Join me on Tuesday night for a Seasonal Flow- suitable for anyone in need of a wriggle and some deep breaths… need an hour out the house? Come along, jump in at the back if it’s where you’re comfortable and move for you!
➡️Thursday night welcomes pregnant ladies to move, surrender, rest and chat! I love it ✨ followed by our deep stretch and relaxation- been feeling restricted in your body and/ or mind? This one’s for you!
➡️Friday mornings see us flow through strength and balance to find resilience and connection- 45 mins to wake you up and feel energised for the day ahead 🙌🏻

This is our last week before a week’s break then we’ll have one more 6 week block before the year end 😅 🎄 🎆
No classes week commencing 27th October.
New 6 week block for all classes begins 3rd November.

Who else loves Autumn? The colours, the fresh mornings, I always feel like I can really take a big full breath in and as I exhale I truly feel lighter, more connected. I feel more motivated to get stuff done, set goals for the last months of the year. Am I the only one on a clearing out mission?! 😂 it’s the time of year to let go just like the leaves are released from the trees.

I can’t wait to chat more about the Autumn season and how we can live in tune with nature… how to move, what to add into your routine, foods to eat, things to deal with, how to boost your immune system and lots more that you can think about at this time of the year 🙌🏻🍂

✨EARLY BIRD PRICE £50.00 ENDS THIS WEEKEND✨

🍁Anyone is welcome, no yoga experience required! If you feel drawn to this then book a space! We’ll ensure you feel welcome and get just what you need out of the event.
The movement practice will be suitable for all, ice baths are optional, nourishing food and hot drinks provided, wholesome, good vibes are on the cards and you leave with a goody bag!

Lots of planning is in progress! We really made our Spring event special, we transform village halls into cosy yoga studios 😉🍂🕯️🧘🏼‍♀️
