Lisa had a lovely visit to Broomlands Primary School on Friday, chatting with the P7s about her and Tamsyn’s upcoming Bridge2Aid trip to Tanzania 🌍

Lisa shared more about the charity and what they’ll be doing while they’re over there. The school have kindly offered to support their fundraising after the Easter holidays, and we’re so excited to involve the children along the way! ✨

This September, Lisa and Tamsyn are travelling to Tanzania to take part in a dental volunteer programme with 🇹🇿

They’ll be training local dental therapists to provide safe, sustainable care within their own communities 🦷 Leaving this knowledge behind is the most special gift they can give as dental care professionals 🙌🏻

They are currently fundraising to cover flights and country costs while in Tanzania, with fundraising activities planned over the coming months 👏🏻

20 years at the practice 💫

Lisa joined us straight from school at just 16. She applied for the role, interviewed and received a letter from Stuart Norman (no emails back then 🗞️) confirming the job was hers 👏🏻

With guidance from Pauline Carruthers, the senior dental nurse at the time, Lisa has grown into an invaluable part of our team ⭐️
