Eartherapies EARTHerapies exists to help people to better health through lifestyle changes, assisting individuals to make achievable fitness and nutrition choices.

EARTHerapies will work with lifestyle-related health issues such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes and obesity, helping you to discover ways to control and manage these. We can do this in a series of individual sessions or as a mini-break in Kelso. Hilary Evans is a Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber which qualifies her to manage those with diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol in NHS facilities. She has run lifestyle programmes which have successfully helped those manage, control and, in some cases, reverse these diseases. Hilary has over twenty years' experience of various degrees of vegetarianism and is keen to pass on easy, tasty, healthy recipes. She will answer lifestyle questions, advise, make suggestions and help motivate clients to change. In her spare time she walks the hills with her Old English Sheepdog, Tucker, helps her partner Graham run his guest house (www.bellevuehouse.co.uk) and competes in triathlons. Former fattie, now slightly less fat, Sally Gillespie has a diploma in fitness training from New Zealand and understands the importance of finding exercise and healthy food you love. Her mission is to help you help yourself. She has walked and cycled several countries around the world. At home she's horse ridden across Scotland, biked John O'Groats to Land's End and around Ireland's coast. A part time journalist (www.thesouthernreporter.co.uk), Sally jogs, rides her elderly horse, attends great fitness classes and loves pilates. She is running around Scotland when the weather's nice.
