My Qualifications include ITEC level 3 diploma in holistic massage, Anatomy and Physiology, VTCT level 3 diploma in reflexology, diploma in Indian head massage.

-At Relax and Revive I provide an escape from everyday stresses and offer alternative treatments to help support your health and general well-being. From enhancing recovery to improving both physical and mental states I aim to relax and revive you back to your better self.
