Classes are all on as usual this week and ready to book on the system (link in bio).

I'm up early today to prepare for my pop-up Yoga session which is a deep dive into Surya Namaskar, Sun Salutation. These pop-ups are proving popular and I'm really enjoying being able to take students into the deeper world of Yoga. My next one will be in January and will be an exploration of Adoh Mukka Svanasana, Downward Facing Dog, going into Camatkarasana, Wild Thing. Booking through the usual system.

Good evening Everyone 🙏🏼

That's my holiday all finished now and I'm looking forward to seeing you all again this week.

It's going to be a busy one as we have Restorative Class this Friday, and then another Yoga Pop Up on Sunday which is now fully booked. Due to our recent success with test passes we have immediate availability for manual lessons with our instructor Steven. We still have availability with our instructor John from the 3rd November at his introductory offer of £30 for your first 10 lessons then only £35 per hour after.
