Yesterday's travels to the big smoke ✨️

Although I stay in Kemnay now, I'm originally from Rothie, so I feel like I sometimes have a country bumpkin heed on my shoulders. Not understanding how things work in Aberdeen, asking questions like "how do you advertise your services," and "what's the community like in Aberdeen?" It genuinely feels like a different land and a huge pond in comparison to my wee village.

It feels exciting to be stomping around the streets with my herbal tea, popping into a cute little cafe for a quick bite and meeting people who work in the city.

I went to see the beautiful Breathing Space Studio to explore the idea of holding space in Aberdeen. The studio is perfect, so similar to my vibe it felt almost too good to be true! Laura was so warm and friendly, and I really look forward to finding a date to curate something magical for you.

Next up, I visited Yvonne Frail, Complementary & Beauty Therapist . She invited me in so she could experience The Sacred Touch. She had seen it online and knew her clients would love it! ASMR Massage is a deeply nurturing and soothing experience. Something everyone should have the opportunity to experience if gentle touch is your thing!

I drove home feeling excited about new possibilities and the idea of taking up more space in communities out with my comfortable wee village.

That's what our retreat is all about on Sunday. Giving you the opportunity to slow down, turn down the outside noise, and just relax.

The schedule for the day is full of soul soothing activities that will keep us entertained but not rushed. Nothing about the day will feel laboured or taxing. Just women spending time with women connecting, sharing, and enjoying some self care ✨️

With our 2 cancellation spots available, it could be a fantastic opportunity for you to join with a friend or family member. I couldn't think of anything better than spending a Sunday with my bestie unwinding and being looked after ❤️
