I really am so excited.
From March, I will be seeing women wanting support with their peri/menopause journeys IN PERSON. The clinic is in Kendal. There are no other BMS Specialist clinics in Cumbria! Working for . I also do online appointments.

We gathered this morning for our menopause cafe. What’s fabulous is that it just keeps growing. We even have off shoots: smaller groups who come to the cafe meeting up to share experiences and support each other. Thanks to everyone who joined us, especially and for their ongoing support.
