Not sure if this is the right bit of the page to leave feedback but here goes... I met Nicola yesterday for the first time, and instantly felt at ease in her company, I'm autistic and that doesn't happen very often.
I asked her if she would do a treatment on myself and wow I'm so glad I did. It felt amazing and so powerful and felt like a really safe space. Think my words after waking up were 'i loved it but I'm trembling and feel like I have been injected with a ton of steroids 🙈😂. What a wonderful human being you are, thank you xx

A message for anyone that is leaving or thinking of leaving there toxic relationship, wether that’s cohesive control domestic abuse cheating and someone who’s is making you question your own self worth, it’s hard at first but it does get easier, cut all contact as the more you react to a narcissist your giving your power away, focus on you and your own healing, one picture is when I left the other picture is me 5 years later 🧡🧡🧡
