🖤 We are starting 2026 with 4 Baby-Friendly Post-Natal classes

🖤 I wouldn’t offer these classes if I didn’t know what a difference they make to our post-pregnancy recovery - both physically & mentally

🖤 A post to show you how your year in Pilates has looked, you may not have been to each & every one of these classes, but you enable me to do this, to do something that I absolutely love, that I probably never thought I’d do
🖤 277 classes & in the last block nearly 100 of you attending classes every week (excluding babies!)
🖤 A first for Calm & Control - a Pilates baby shower - for the loveliest client whom I am also lucky enough to count as my hairdresser - lots of important business chat happens in that studio .x !
🖤 I gave 3 W.I talks, researched & presented 2 presentations with the subjects of MSK Symptoms in Menopause & an MSK update for clinicians across our PCN
🖤 I planned & delivered (in association with MBHT) a pilot project of education & exercise for “Better Bones” for those with osteoporosis diagnoses across Kendal PCN
🖤 Furthered my education & learning on the treatment of scars with
🖤And, to round off the year, a couple of weeks ago I signed a lease on a property which in 2026 will be our very own bespoke Pilates studio. It feels like a massive leap but one which feels right. I will be expanding the timetable & services I deliver next year, and I’d love you to carry on on this journey with me
🖤 Huge thanks to you all for your support, your enthusiasm, & your commitment to Pilates for whatever reasons bring you to class

🖤 If you’ve wanted to try Pilates or been advised that maybe it could help you in your recovery - this is the class for you
🖤Everyone else will be at the same starting point as you. We can learn together. No turning up and feeling out of your depth or worried
🖤 You don’t need a matching ath-leisure set or anything fancy, just something that YOU feel comfortable in
🖤 You don’t need to be flexible - that’s why you are coming! I don’t think I was that flexible or strong 7 years ago when I started teaching
