If you’re looking to invest in yourself with regular exercise, specific training programs or regular sports massage to keep your training on track or someone to help you rehabilitate from injury then please get in touch. Our Sports Massage rates are designed to be affordable. An individual session costs £20 but you can buy 10 sessions for £150 (making it £15 each - a saving of £50). I offer this discount because I believe that regular prevention is better than cure!
