Why do we find it so hard to talk about death? Grief can be hard to explain - but sometimes a few words capture it perfectly.

In this interview, Regina King describes it like this:

💬 “Grief is love that has no place to go.”

A reminder that grief isn’t separate from love - it’s part of it.

Have you heard of a lasting power of attorney?

You may think your partner or close family members can make decisions for you if you’re not able to – but this is not the case. If they had to pay your bills or make a choice about your care, they would need legal authority to do so.

A lasting power of attorney lets people you trust quickly and easily step in when you need it most. Start a conversation with the people you trust.

You can read real stories about Lasting Power of Attorney on the Gov website:

🌸 An opportunity to learn, reflect and connect with The Omega Course and The Myton Hospices on 22nd April

We’re pleased to be visiting The Myton Hospices for a Talk & Tour at their Warwick hospice.

This relaxed and informal visit offers Omega Course participants the opportunity to learn more about hospice care, meet members of the Myton team, and gain a better understanding of how they support people living with life-limiting illness - and those important to them.

A welcoming environment. Thoughtful conversations. Greater understanding.
