Well that is 2022 all wrapped up for me. This has been my 10th year in business and I’ve been doing a little reflecting on the last decade (mainly where has it gone! 😳)

Whilst life has changed immeasurably in so many ways, this job has been my constant. It has taught me so much, challenged me in ways I never imagined and changed my outlook on life.

I’ve worked in some amazing places with wonderful individuals and teams. I’ve met so many inspiring therapists through workplaces, training courses, even social media and I’m lucky enough to now count many of you as friends.

However the best part of all has been meeting every single person who has walked through the door as a client, be it once or be it many times over the years. I remember you all!

I absolutely love meeting every one of you - the problems we’ve solved, the events we’ve lived through, the conversations we’ve had, the bonds we’ve built. THANK YOU so much for trusting me to work with you, to help you and to make this work my life. I am truly grateful ❤️

Here’s to doing it all over again in 2023. Wishing you all a Happy and Healthy New Year 🥰

I’m very excited to be getting back to work on Monday 12th April. I’m still working my way through contacting all current clients to get them re-booked. But feel free to get in touch should you want to make an appointment or chat about any queries you might have. Soooooo looking forward to seeing everyone’s faces again!

Sadly once again, since we moved into Tier 4 and now lockdown, i have had to close my practice. I have contacted most people who were booked in for January and will be in touch with others very soon.
The good news is the physiotherapists at Halo are still open and able to help people during this time.
I am always here to help virtually in the meantime, so please feel free to get in touch for a chat or advice to keep you going for now.
Keep safe and well everyone, and fingers crossed we can all be back again very soon! Xx

These will be my new treatment protocols for seeing anyone in clinic over the lockdown period. I’m in the process of contacting everyone booked in for November to assess needs or to re-book you. If you have any queries or aren’t sure if you need to book in or not, PLEASE PLEASE just feel free to contact me to chat about it. I am still here for you all over this time whether it is remotely or in person. Big thanks goes to for the useful guidance produced so quickly, as well as to for putting on amazing zoom meetings to help provide advice and clarity on everything over the last couple of days. It is so encouraging to see a community of people working so hard to ensure the highest standards and a supportive environment to help us continue to provide the best care for our clients in these times. ❤️

This is the very tired face of someone who has just worked 3 long days with the prospect of being closed down for another 4 weeks 😫, BUT, this is also now the very happy face of someone who has just had it confirmed that because I am level 5 qualified and thanks to the Sports Massage Association’s hard work on this, I am actually able to carry on working over this lockdown in some capacity 😃. I will be reading over all the details and planning tomorrow (when my brain is functioning again) and will be in touch with everyone who is booked in over the coming weeks to let you know what is happening very soon. To all those who have enquired this week, thanks for your patience in me not being able to give any firm answers, and big thanks to all my lovely clients who have messaged with words of support too - I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you all!! My heart goes out to all the businesses who are having to close their doors yet again tonight. They will be in the main small businesses like myself who put their soul into their work and the people they serve and it feels so unfair to see everyone having to go through this once again. Sending big love to you all ❤️❤️❤️

I’m am so thrilled that myself and all the amazing therapists out there can now start to get back to doing what we love from Monday. I am going to get plans confirmed in the next couple of days and will then take next week to get contacting all my clients as well as seeing my son finish junior school. I hope to be back in clinic by Monday 20th July. More details to follow!! Thanks so much for everyone’s support over the last few months. Look forward to seeing you all very soon!

Was hoping Boris might have some good news for us yesterday but sad to say, we have been advised we have to remain closed for now. I’m feeling totally frustrated with it but do appreciate we are not out of the woods from this pandemic yet so we still have to be sensible. Fingers crossed for the next announcement in July! Do feel free to contact me in the meantime if you have any queries or want to chat about anything 😊

Today is mostly going to be spent reading all the guidance around what I need to do to prepare and be ready for providing face to face contact with clients once again. At present, in the interests of everyone’s safety, I remain closed, but rest assured for now I will be doing everything I can in order to be completely ready to provide you with safe treatments in a safe environment as soon as we are given the ok to return. I am missing all my lovely clients and colleagues so much, hope you are all still keeping safe and well. I’m looking forward to seeing you all again in the near future!

Enjoyed working with Charles Ward Sports & Laryngeal Manual Therapy Kenilworth today, providing post event massage to the cyclists undertaking the Rawlinson Bracket. Well done to all the organisers for another successful event and to everyone who took part, it was great to meet so many of you!
