Hey Norfolk friends, come and have a Reiki session!

I know, I promised not to give orders anymore, but seriously, they are so good. Let me know if you'd like to book in. £40 for an in-person session at The Practice Rooms in Lower Goat Lane.

I'm also offering a half hour remote Reiki session for £25! So you can get Reiki even if you're not in Norwich. How good is that?

Happy New Year!
So much is said and written about this being a time for reflection, reconnection, ambition, intention, renewal, rebirth. So I won't say anything about that. Instead, I'm simply going to offer this: Let 2025 be the year that you step into what you want, make the changes that benefit you the most, connect with the people who help you be your best and spend time with yourself in the most positive and beneficial ways. If Reiki is and can be part of that, I would love to hear your stories. And if you want to receive Reiki, then please look up a local practitioner with whom you feel a connection or get in touch with me here and we can arrange either an in-person session at The Practice Rooms, or an online session via Zoom or phone.
