Very happy to be supporting the fete on Saturday, I dropped off my raffle prize for a free Reflexology session with me at home or in the Village Hall and I will be demonstrating Reflexology, come and see me and I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have - let the sun shine brightly!

These two brave people took to the skies and rode the zip wire for charity to raise money for Parkinson's research. If a year ago I'd told them that they would do this I doubt that either would've believed it because of learned fears but through positive thoughts they were able to overcome their fears. A lot of Hypnotherapy clients that I see, have fears that they have learned and by having these fears, stop them from doing what they really want. By going through hypnosis and unlocking these learned subconscious fears they are able to move forward. Hypnotherapy really can help you lead the life you want to lead.
