Every October, we pause to raise awareness of breast cancer, a diagnosis that touches the lives of so many women and families. It’s a time to encourage open conversations, and remind women of the importance of support through every stage of treatment and recovery.

At The Mummy Hub, we’re proud to offer cancer rehabilitation classes with Katharine, our CanRehab Specialist Instructor. These classes provide safe, gentle exercise before, during and after treatment, helping to reduce fatigue, support bone strength, improve mobility, and ease stress and anxiety.
