Our Postnatal Yoga with Baby classes are designed to help you rebuild strength, support recovery, and calm your nervous system after birth, all while bonding with your baby.
Through gentle movement, mindful breathwork and moments of stillness, you’ll begin to restore your core, ease tension, and find confidence in your postnatal body. It’s also a beautiful opportunity to connect with other mums, share experiences, and simply take a little time for yourself.
