Happy Autumn Equinox to all of you 🍁🍂💛
Back to the mat and back to sharing this space with you again.
After a gentle pause from social media, I return with renewed strength.
This year has been deeply cathartic.
So many things have found their place… And I feel like I’m rising again, a new me with a strength I couldn’t have imagined a couple of years ago.
Just as the equinox marks a time of equal hours of day and night, this year I have found my balance through practices that brought me back to myself again and again. Returning to center, just like in a yoga pose: we sway, we adjust, and we find our steadiness, even while life keeps moving.
I’m looking forward to seeing many of you this week as we mark the beginning of a new season together , not just celebrating the equinox, but honouring it as a symbol of balance, transition, and pause, where we can acknowledge the growth that has taken place in our lives this year.
💪✨A NEW ELEMENT WE’RE EXPLORING THIS SEASON ✨ THROUGHOUT SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER:
Exploring strength in a new way, with short segments using light weights (always optional) to support the body , a gentle exploration of inner and outer strength.
Science shows that strength training supports not only our muscles and bones, but also our brain and overall vitality. So this is more than just a new element in class ,it’s a practice of resilience, presence, and support from the inside out.
