Ten years ago today I qualified as a massage therapist. Starting my own business was the best decision I've ever made.

It gets harder every year but I’m very proud of everything I have achieved. I’m so grateful to have the most amazing clients and I appreciate all the support that everyone has given and continues to give ❤️

On Saturday I had the absolute pleasure of working at a weekend yoga retreat providing treatments to 15 lovely ladies. This was the second year running that I’ve done it and will be back there for a third time next year.

The venue was Great Higham Barn, near Sittingbourne and what a fantastic place for a retreat!
