💙 A story worth sharing from Sticks and Stones 💙
One of the highlights of the day came from Chris at King Ramps, who provided and ran the skateboarding activity for children.
Many kids who had never stepped on a skateboard before got the chance to try — including one very special moment.
👉 A young girl with Cerebral Palsy was so excited by the ramp that, with her mother’s help, she got out of her wheelchair and onto a skateboard. She had no fear of the 5ft ramp and insisted she wanted to go as high as she could!
Even after slipping off once, she never gave up — and with Chris by her side to steady her, she got right back on. The smiles on both her face and her mother’s face made Chris’s day — and ours too.
