Deep tissue massage works by using a range of techniques to physically break down adhesions to relieve pain, restore normal range of movement, promote flexibility and help prevent injuries. This style of massage is not just for those who perform sport on a regular basis, it is suitable for anyone. However it is ideal for sports men and women who are in training to have pre, during and post event to help reduce the risk of injury. Swedish Massage is an ideal way to achieve total relaxation of the mind, body and spirit. Relax tense muscles, stimulate the blood flow and aid removal of waste products with a Holistic Massage. Pregnancy Massage is a therapeutic and nurturing treatment that concentrates on the specific needs of the mother to be. Using a specialist wrap around pillow comfort is ensured throughout. Benefits include:

Oncology Massage is a beautiful treatment that uses a light gentle touch with slow and steady movements to help the mind, body and soul relax. It incorporates the entire body top to toe. Benefits include:

- Alleviates chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy (numbness)

📣 Changes to Naturally You 📣

☺️ To all my wonderful clients there are some changes taking place to Naturally You from
October.

📢 An opportunity has come my way that I can’t pass up which means I will only be treating 3 days a week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (and possibly Saturday mornings).

🌟However this opens up a very exciting opportunity for a friend of mine to join me!
Some of you will know Sam who is a fantastic holistic therapist. Sam will be working for Naturally You on Mondays and Tuesdays and will be offering Massage, facials and reflexology.

💆🏼‍♀️ Sam has over 20 years experience in the industry and her passion and knowledge shine through. For anyone who hasn’t tried reflexology yet I highly recommend it 🦶

✏️ Bookings will take place through me to begin with.
