Take time to nurture your wellbeing during the busiest and often most emotional time of the year 💚

As the pace of life speeds up and the calendar fills, it becomes even more important to slow down and listen to your own body, energy and nervous system. This season can be beautiful but it can also be overwhelming and for many, Christmas isn’t the joyful, effortless time we would love it to be.

Some people are navigating family disconnection, strained relationships, or old patterns that resurface. Others are moving through grief, missing loved ones, or experiences loneliness in the middle of all the noise.

If this is you, please know that you are not alone.

Here are some simple ways to stay grounded, resourced and connected to yourself:

💚 Pause to breathe.
A few slow, conscious breaths can calm your nervous system and bring you back into your body. Place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly and let yourself soften.

💛 Check in with your energy.
Notice where your energy feels, drained, or scattered.
A gentle kinesiology correction, a few tapping points, or a moment of intention can help you reconnect to your centre.

🧡 Let your frequency rise.
Lean into what soothes and supports you. If you use tuning forks, sound bowels, crystals, Reiki, or a frequency machine like a Healy these can support you. If not simply give yourself space and quiet stillness. Even two minutes can shift your whole field.

❤️ Say no with kindness.
You don’t need to attend every event or meet every expectation. Protecting your energy is a form of self-respect, especially when emotions run deeper at this time of year.

💙 Create tiny pockets of nourishment.
A warm drink, a grounding walk, journaling, stretching, or a moment of silence. Small rituals keep you connected to yourself.

This is your gentle reminder that you don’t have to be festive if your heart needs something different. You are allowed to honour your own pace, your own emotions and your own healing.

Give yourself permission to slow down. To feel. To tend to your heart, your needs and your energy with compassion.

✨ Welcome to December lovely ones ✨

The final chapter of the year has arrived, a soft and gently moment inviting us to pause, breathe and choose how we want to feel as we move toward the close of 2025.

December can be full and emotional for many, so this month I am holding a warm, grounded space for you to reconnect with yourself, your energy, your nervous system and your deepest intentions.

As we step into this new month, I invite you to ask:

💫 What do I want to call in?
💫 What am I ready to release?
💫 How do I want my body and energy to feel?
💫 What would support me most right now?

Your intentions don’t need to be big. They just need to be yours, aligned with you, empowered and true.

This is often the time of year when we are so busy and we become more susceptible to catching germs 😔

Here are some simple and effective tips from our Kinesiology Association to support your health and wellbeing this winter.

If you would love your winter MOT message me to get booked in before the festivities begin. 💚

❄️Here are our Top Tips for staying well in Winter!

Get out for some fresh air every day - we need fresh air to counteract the effects of central heating and less (no!) windows being open at this time of year.

Eat a nutrient dense diet to ensure levels of essential vitamins and minerals are consumed.

Consider supplementing with Vitamin C, D & zinc for starters. Ensure you get good quality supplements and not those bulked out with fillers.

Stay well hydrated to combat feeling tired and sluggish and to keep the brain alert.

Do exercise that breaks out a bit of a sweat to boost your white blood cells and reduce stress hormones.

Get enough sleep (7-8 hours) to allow the immune system to do important protective work during the night.

“I accept the great adventure of being me.” — Simone de Beauvoir

I heard this quote the other day, and it immediately brought to mind some beautiful coaching sessions I had with a couple of wonderful clients last week. Supporting people in their self-discovery — and using the tools I’ve gathered over the years — is something I truly love. Even after 20 years, the direction this work takes still amazes me. There’s always something new, something profound waiting beneath the surface.

Last week, with the help of my trusted Healy, frequencies, and The Balance Procedure, we uncovered so much.

We often wonder why we are the way we are — why we feel certain things, why some areas of life feel blocked, or why life isn’t flowing in the way we hoped. The answers are there, and this is where the adventure truly begins. Sometimes it feels uncomfortable or confronting, but that’s part of the journey of understanding who we are and what we’re here for. The “work” becomes so much easier when we have a clearer picture of ourselves.

The Healy programmes helped reveal parts of the shadow — those deep unconscious places where suppressed emotions, forgotten fears, negative patterns, and hidden desires can sit. Bringing this into awareness allows us to soften, accept, and even love these aspects of ourselves.

And using the numerology element of The Balance Procedure offered even more insight, helping my clients understand their natural rhythms and how they’re moving through their birth year.

These sessions felt exciting, expansive, and deeply affirming. My clients left with a stronger sense of who they are — and a clearer path forward.

How resilient are you? 🌟

The Real Meaning of Resilience

Resilience isn’t about being endlessly strong or pretending things don’t hurt.

It’s about how we respond, recover and realign when life feels stressful, messy or uncertain.

For me, true resilience is an energetic state, a return to centre, even when the world feels chaotic.

So if you are feeling stretched right now, take a deep breath, place a hand on your heart and remind yourself:

“I am safe. I am supported and I can handle what comes.” 💚
