Thank you to all who took part, who shared experiences, knowledge and allowed themselves to be vulnerable during the time we had together, the learning process was truly amazing.

Just had the most amazing time in Copenhagen! and love this word 💗HYGGE, it means to be in the present, to be with friends and family, to enjoy the outdoors, to be cosy and comfortable, and to be calm, there’s no rush 💗The Danes are ranked 1st as the happiest nation in the world even though they live in one of the darkest and wettest places during the winter months and implementing this lifestyle. 💗
