Received a lovely message from a new client who came to me for trauma therapy at the Shakra Centre in Kent
"I have been having problems for a long time and I have felt suicidal in the past but for the past couple of months or so I could've easily ended my life very easily at any time and it was getting more and more difficult not to do so. That continuous pain has now gone.
Thank you so much for your help and kindness and for giving me my life back. I'm looking at doing some courses at the centre next year"
