Hi, I’m Ruth Fisher and I’m a graduate of the London School of Sports Massage, working as a qualified level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist from a treatment room in my home in Longfield, Kent. The role of a soft tissue therapist is to assess, treat and rehabilitate chronic and minor injuries caused by sport or any other lifestyle factor in a safe and effective way through massage and more advanced techniques. It also seeks to identify the underlying causes of injury and advise on ways to make long term improvements to physical well being and injury prevention. Hello all! I am pleased to announce that I will be returning to work from Wednesday 9th September. I will be working on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Unfortunately I’m currently unable to offer evening appointments and the maximum appointment time is 60 mins. There are also a few changes to the way I work, most notably masks will need to be worn. Social distancing will be observed where possible..except during the massage! If you’d like to book an appointment or have any questions please contact me. Hope to see you soon. Ruth :)

To all of my valued clients, due to personal circumstances and the difficulty in providing treatment under C19 conditions I have taken the difficult decision to postpone reopening for bookings until September at the earliest.
