The 5 mantras I've brought into 2026, that changed 2025 for me!
1. Everything is a win when the goal is experience.
Start aiming for experiences and you'll be winning in life. Growing, regulation your nervous system and happier.
2. Acceptance over resistance.
This has changed my life. I read the Bhagavad Vita last year to learn more about my husbands culture (Hindu) and it taught me so much! There are no words for how different life is when you stop resisting.
3. I move my body out of love, not pressure.
None of the pressure of 'skinny'. None of the working out for aesthetics only anymore. I work out for my 80 year old self. For my wellbeing and overall health. This has totally transformed my approach to movement.
4. The art of noticing.
The most underrated free tool you can adopt. This teaches you to look for joy in all moments, no matter how small. Adopt this mantra and notice the abundance.
5. My energy is expensive.
I no longer waste my energy on negative interactions, going to places I don't want to go, or on things I don't want to do. If my gut says no...my mouth says no...and I save my energy for my husband, my family, my bestest friends and for experiences that will bring me joy.
