I trained in reflexology in 2016, and since then I’ve had the privilege of meeting women of all ages, with all kinds of stories and concerns. 🤍

What I love most about my work is that no two treatments are ever the same.
Your body tells its own story. ✨

Sometimes women arrive feeling stressed, hormonal, exhausted or simply in need of a moment to breathe. 🌿

And they leave feeling lighter, calmer… and a little more like themselves again. 💫

Reflexology isn’t something you can fully explain.

A beautiful reflexology fertility story💖

Recently, a lovely client in her early 30s came to see me… She and her partner had been trying for a baby with a few months.

Her goal was to gently support her body with the help of reflexology — encouraging hormone balance, reducing stress, and giving her endocrine system a little nudge. 🤍

During reflexology, we worked on the reflex points linked to the ovaries, adrenal glands and thyroid, helping to stimulate circulation, improve communication between these glands and support overall hormonal balance.

Reflexology also encourages deep relaxation — reducing stress and tension that can sometimes become barriers to conception.

After just our first session, I noted from observing & working on her feet (Yes, this a really something I can tell!😉) that ovulation was approaching.

The good news is…. A couple of weeks later she returned for her next reflexology treatment…
This time with a beautiful surprise — a positive pregnancy test. 🌈✨

It’s such a reminder of how incredibly intelligent and interconnected our bodies are, and how supportive therapies like reflexology can gently guide the body back into balance.
We must also acknowledge how each person's story and fertility journey is unique.each one so different. This is just a lovely good news story I wanted to share. ❤️

🧘🏻‍♀️”Slowly is the fastest way to get where you want to be.” 🐌

After a busy few months of work, the new year kicked off in ALOT of pain….
Three weeks ago, I had four wisdom teeth removed — and they made sure I slowed down. 😩🦷

I had to cancel appointments, watch far too much Netflix, and take antibiotics I’ve got a love-hate relationship with. 💊🍧😴

But all of that forced me to let my body heal, and—like I always tell you—rest isn’t a setback; it’s the path forward. ⏩

Thank you so much to my clients for your patience and understanding these past few weeks. I’m truly looking forward to seeing you all again. 🙏😁

🌟Life has a funny way of throwing curveballs just when you’re ready to hit the ground running! 🏃‍♀️ 🥳

After a wonderful Christmas, filled with family, food & plenty of fresh air! I was all set to dive back into work and meet clients. 👣

But then… my wisdom tooth had other plans! 🦷 😩

After battling a nasty infection for the past week and a half that required not one, but TWO rounds of antibiotics, I’ve learned the importance of slowing down and allowing my body to heal. It’s been a journey, but I’m finally feeling like I’m turning a corner! ✨

Here’s to a fresh new start, resilience, and hopefully a wisdom tooth extraction scheduled for early 2026! 😂

🙌 I HAVE BEEN KEEPING A SECRET… 🫣

I’ve been having SO much fun predicting baby genders with my maternity clients for years now….! 🎉

As an antenatal reflexologist, I’ve learned that every pregnancy is unique, and I’ve picked up some quirky little clues along the way. 😜 Now, don’t get too excited… it’s a 50/50 chance I’m correct but I do have a pretty good track record to be fair!!!🫣

Just today, one of my fabulous clients texted me to share that she welcomed a little boy named Charlie into the world! 🍼💙 And yes, I totally guessed it right!

Reflexology is not just about predictions—it’s super beneficial for maternity clients too! It can help reduce stress, ease aches and pains, and promote better sleep. Plus, it’s a lovely way to connect with your growing bump! 🥰
