💧Body Bliss Lymphatic Drainage Massage💧

Our body bliss lymphatic drainage massage has been designed by our experienced therapists, created to focus on moving lymph in the body, giving feelings of weightlessness, detoxification and relaxation.

Stimulates Lymph Flow:

It uses light, rhythmic, and gentle strokes & pressure points to encourage the lymphatic system to move fluid more effectively.

Benefits:

It can help with swelling, water retention, reduce congestion, and potentially improve overall lymphatic function.

Not the Same as Traditional Massage:

Traditional massage can increase blood flow and may not be appropriate for certain conditions where lymphatic drainage is needed.

How it works:

Therapists use specific, gentle hand movements to stimulate the lymphatic vessels under the skin.

Encourages Drainage:

The technique aims to encourage lymph fluid to move away from swollen areas into healthy lymph vessels, promoting normal drainage.

How to get the most out of your body bliss treatment:

Drink lots of water 24 hours before your treatment, it is advised not to eat an hour before the treatment, avoid; alcohol, heavy exercise or standing for long periods of time afterwards. Stay hydrated and keep a regulated body tempreture.

This treatment is not suitable for Pregnancy or anyone who has lymph nodes removed.
All clients for massage treatments MUST be 16 years old and over.
