I am feeling so honoured ,and emotional by the actions of one of my amazing clients yesterday.
He came to my clinic ,and insisted I take his precious London Marathon Medal as a thank you for helping him along his journey from rehab after a TA rupture ,to completion of his first ever
Marathon. 💪
He is a very focused ,and determined young man ,and a pleasure to treat ,he has over come so many obstacles on his journey, and I know what this medal means , so I was truly lost for words and honoured 💕.
I am so proud to display it in my clinic , Sid will protect it fearlessly 👍💀💪

Just updating my website , patients are just so kind ❤️🙏

As my lower back pain continued to increase I started to look for a Physio. I have Fibromyalgia and knew I needed someone who really understood the condition. Seeing a glowing review from another Fibro sufferer I was led to ring Ann and leave a slightly desperate msg. She very kindly called me back while in the Departure Lounge of an airport and gave me an appointment date. So kind. I saw her at the beginning of December 2024. Ann gave me time to explain, I felt she fully understood the muddle I have between normal pain and Fibro pain. 3 sessions on and a simple small exercise plan, plus the specific massaging at each session I am so very much better and no longer squeak getting out of bed. I still have a way to go but I am truly amazed at the improvement and so grateful for her warmth and understanding. I highly recommend Ann to anyone in difficulties.
