I didn't actually snap many photos , but we had a lovely day with Rosebuds Beauty this week. Residents enjoyed facials , manicures and pedicures and were able to end the day feeling relaxed and refreshed.

We finished up last week with a beautiful walk around Wicksteed park. .
So blessed to have this on our door step 🌲🌳

Aurora has been fundraising for an amazing charity named The Bodie Hodges Foundation. She walked an impressive 100 miles in May , and hosted a very successful cake sale at Sunley this morning. She raised £233 today, bringing her total to £522 so far.
This is an incredible achievement for anyone but especially someone so young!
Well done Aurora - we are all so proud of you!

What a lovely Easter event. 💛
After an nice egg hunt, we enjoyed Hot cross buns and a cuppa before drawing the raffle.
We were lucky enough to have the Easter bunny stop by too !

What a lovely Easter filled day. The morning was spent making Easter bonnets. We created enough for us with lots of spares for our guests in the afternoon. This is when we were joined by the lovely children and staff of Kids Planet Kettering for a bonnet Parade.
The grown ups and children all had a wonderful time.
The children were exceptionally well behaved and a credit to their families and the nursery. The residents were mostly well behaved too 😜 👒💐🐣

At Sunley, we like to support residents to honour and celebrate their heritage and cultural traditions.

Recently it was Persian New year , so Morty asked if he could throw a little celebration with our help, so that's exactly what we did.
Everyone was invited to enjoy an afternoon of lovely nibbles , Morty was able to share an important occasion with fellow residents and was also able to bring a little more awareness about Persian New year. 💚
