There are so many reasons why you should try DDP YOGA 💪🧘‍♂️

If you feel stiff or tight; even to the point where bending down to pick up a pencil or tie your shoelaces feels like a struggle, you can do this.
If you’ve got an injury, or you’ve been extremely sedentary for a long time… you can do this too 🙌

You can start right from the REBUILD programme, with workouts you can do:
