I first found healing through Sound when I was looking for holistic practices to help with my complex trauma + social anxiety. Now I am fascinated by the work of Cymatics and how certain frequencies affect our bodies & mental wellbeing. My passion is Sound and I aim to bring the science to this ancient spiritual practice. WHAT A WEEK!!
I was blessed with 5 sounds baths last week... 5!
2 private sessions, a mini retreat and 2 standard sound baths.

The privates were extra special!
And our winter mini retreat was just electric! 😍
Finishing off the week for 2 beautiful full sound bath sessions.

VAN UPDATE!

Its been over 2 months without a van and oh my have i felt it!
But good news...
Mechanic has advised a few more days + MOT and we should be back on the road!!

LAST WEEKS SOUND BATHS 🦋

What an amazing week back to sound after being super ill.
We had 2 sound baths at Align - standard and Neurodiverse-friendly! 2 amazing sessions!

Then we finished off the week with 2 of my faves! Drum + Gong Full Body Intense + a Floating Sound Bath!

Experiences included colours, visions, out of body experiences, tingles, hot/cold, clairvoyant experiences, tension release and deep relaxation!

November is open for booking and a special Winter Solstice event to be released soon!
