I first found healing through Sound when I was looking for holistic practices to help with my complex trauma + social anxiety. Now I am fascinated by the work of Cymatics and how certain frequencies affect our bodies & mental wellbeing. My passion is Sound and I aim to bring the science to this ancient spiritual practice. Last weeks SOUND BATHS ❤️

Align Crystals, Floating Sound Bath + Double session at Priors Hall Corby.

We tried the downstairs hall at Priors Hall but unfortunately it wasnt a hit for me! So we'll be back in the upstairs room for Febs Sound Bath 🙏

Experiences included deep body vibrations, letting go, heavy body, tingles, hot/cold, visions of animals, colours - especially blue and deep relaxation.

This week marks the start of a very busy 6 weeks!!

For me science and spirituality are one of the same.
I truly believe that spiritualism is just unknown science. Which doesnt make it any less magical.
The work they are doing in the quantum realm is just mind blowing, and i believe this is where science + spiritualism meet.
I am a spiritual person who believes that spirituality is deeply personal and individual to us all.
No one size fits all.

So why do i keep my science/spirituality separate for my sound bath sessions?

To make it accessible to all.

Not everyone wants the spiritual, the woo woo, side to this practice. And that's completely okay!

Over the past 2 years I have focused on bringing as many science-based sessions as possible, and I absolutely love what I have created. What we have created together.
I will always offer my main sessions as science-based and continue to bring new science-based sessions throughout the year.

But something is changing... people are starting to be more curious, to wanting to know more.
My regulars are now looking to dip their toes into the spiritual, with many already there.
So throughout 2026 and beyond I will be bringing 'Special Event' sessions which will leave the science + focus on the spiritual..
My creative mind is flowing!!

She is!!! Finally!!

What a 7 month stressful saga this has been. Thousands of pounds. Sleepless nights. Constantly questioning my decisions.
But we are here.
We are finally here.

Thank you to everyone that joined me at last weeks SOUND sessions.

We had a lush Drum Circle on Friday. A session where you can lose yourself in the rhythm of the drum! We finished with connection, meditation + some tuning fork therapy!

We then went into a double Sound Bath Sunday with a Drum + Gong (Drum + Bass) intensive and a floating sound bath!
What a dream 😍

Experiences included flashing colours, tense + releasing of muscles, pain relief, tingles, hot/cold sensations, oxytocin highs and deep relaxation.

February is filling up so grab your space whilst you can 🙂🙏
