Kelly Porch Counselling and Hypnotherapy Empathic and non-judgemental counselling for issues and problems such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship issues, health issues and so on.

My name is Kelly Porch and I am passionate about providing good quality, confidential and non-judgemental counselling. I provide counselling for all different types of concerns/issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship issues, health issues and so on. I am mindful that deciding to see a counsellor can be scary and that choosing a counsellor can be confusing. The relationship that you have with your counsellor is extremely important and to help you make the decision as to whether I am the right counsellor for you, I offer a FREE 30 minute introductory session. I not only provide counselling in-person, I also offer online counselling, so if you are away on business a lot or can't leave the house/travel to me for any reason, it now doesn't mean that you can't have counselling. I am mindful that making a decision to see a counsellor can be frightening. It is also essential that you are comfortable with the counsellor that you choose to see. For these reasons, please don't hesitate to contact me should you have any questions or you would just like a general chat about what counselling can offer. For confidentiality purposes, I won't reply to any messages sent via Facebook, so please use my email address or call me. Ready for a day of teaching the level 4 students - it’s person-centred theory weekend. Yesterday they explored configurations of self and Condition 1 (psychological contact). Today is conditions 2-6 and then some teaching about anxiety as well as some self-awareness work along the way.
