🛡️ They’re packed with vitamin C and antioxidants that help protect our cells.

Cranberries aren’t just for Christmas dinner! As a dietitian, I often recommend them as an easy way to add antioxidants, vitamin C, and fibre to your diet.
🎗Health benefits of cranberries:
❤️ Support heart and blood vessel health
💧 May help reduce the risk of repeated urinary tract infections (UTIs)
🛡️ Support your immune system
🌱 Provide fibre for digestion and overall balance

🎗 Simple ways to enjoy cranberries:
•Add fresh or dried (unsweetened) cranberries to porridge, yoghurt, or salads
•Blend into smoothies for a tangy kick
