Our amazing Macmillan Cancer Support Centre has organised an online cancer information event for people with questions about living with cancer.

The event is on Wednesday, November 12, from 6.30pm to 8pm and anyone can take part by registering for the event on 01536-493888 or email: kgh-tr.cancerinfo@nhs.net to get a Teams link.

The event will have representatives from Talking Therapies, Look Good Feel Better, Age UK, Lakeland Hospice and Northamptonshire Sport.

KGH’s centre, near main reception, also provides information and support on emotional, practical and financial support including, living with, and beyond cancer and it has an online cancer hub on youtube.

It also regularly hosts Reiki and Reflexology support therapies; leads regular wellbeing walks at Wickstead Park and Rushden Lakes locations; offers access to welfare benefits advice via Citizen Advice as well as a Telephone buddy service, and access to support groups and much more.

You can also drop-in into the support centre no appointment is necessary during opening hours Monday to Friday 9am and 4pm (except bank holidays).

It’s the Align Halloween/ Samhain party. Get your hats and brooms at the ready witches and wizards 😀😀😀

Just to remember, there is no bar, so bring your own drinks.
There is no parking at the village hall. The thornhill arms is closed so there should be plenty of parking around that area.
Please also be mindful of the village residents when arriving and leaving. We don’t want to scare them 😮

New monthly group coming to Align…

Curious about Astrology and want to learn more? Come along to our new monthly Astrology Club held at Align on the 4th Saturday of the month, 3-5pm starting on 22nd November.

We’ll cover different themes in each monthly session from learning about the planets, elements, zodiac signs as well as crystals you can work with to complement these energies.

Sessions will include a meditation and interactive, fun exercises.
