Taking time for your wellbeing during the working day isn’t indulgent … it’s essential.
Many of my clients fit their hypnotherapy sessions around their work or family life with ease through online sessions.
Some clients work from home which isn’t a problem, others in the workplace take themselves into a private meeting room so they can talk freely and have no interruptions.
Your workplace should allow you to have therapy sessions, as it is ultimately helping your mental health, therefore more happiness and productive work.
