An EV Minibus doesn't choose itself - so we sent the right people to find one! 🚐

JP, Chelsea, and Joel headed to the NEC in Birmingham to attend the Bus & Coach Expo, and Heidi from our team filmed this little video of the trip.

A big thank you to Becky and the team at Whitworths for recently donating a very generous selection of products 🙌

Our members enjoyed them as healthy snacks as well as using them to plan some new nutritious recipes for our cooking sessions.

We love meeting our local business community, and hope to build on our relationship with Whitworths in the future!

Maths skills are about so much more than numbers on a page 🔢

Being able to count change, work out quantities, or manage a weekly budget - those are everyday tools that help members progress towards achieving their own version of independence.

Adult Learning from North Northamptonshire Council have joined us for a 10-week maths course, and kicked things off with a session that included combining counting and colours.

The first session went down a treat with our members, and we're looking forward to the rest of the course! 💙

We’re still smiling about our Easter Party 🐣

It was so special bringing together members from all three of our centres for a day of fun, connection, and Easter spirit.

From creative bonnets to games, laughter and plenty of sweet treats - the room was buzzing from start to finish! 💙

In February, members from our Corby centre visited Lakelands Hospice with handmade ornaments they'd spent the winter creating 💙

The ornaments were for the Hospice's sensory garden and new raised vegetable beds that they've been working on with the Hospice's gardening team for over a year.

The main outdoor work was completed by winter, giving Hospice clients a calm and welcoming space to enjoy.

Back at our Corby centre, the work continued - members spent the winter months making and decorating ornaments to brighten the garden for the people who spend time there.

Jackie, Volunteer Coordinator at Lakelands Hospice, said: "Collectively the members have made a huge difference in the grounds, and their efforts are very much appreciated by our patients, staff and volunteers."

The February visit wasn't only a delivery. Plans for the new growing season were made too, with seeds to plant, weeding to do, and bug, butterfly and bee homes on the way.

Jess, one of our Corby members, added: "I enjoy sorting the garden so it looks nice for the people at the Hospice. Jackie has always been really nice to us, making sure we get drinks and biscuits!" 🙌

A huge well done to our Corby members for their work on this amazing project!

Meet Nicola, one of our Living and Learning Coordinators 💙

Her favourite thing about Teamwork Trust? The sense of community we create together.

Move over, Rory McIlroy! There are some new golf masters on the scene ⛳️

25 members from our Wellingborough centre had the best time at Volcano Falls Crazy Golf in Milton Keynes.

Tense final putts, comeback moments, and celebrations that wouldn’t look out of place on the PGA Tour - we love to see it 🙌

A BIG thank you to the Volcano Falls team for having us.

"I'm always laughing and having a good time with everyone here" 💬

Cameron first came to us during Years 12 and 13, taking part in activities and getting his first taste of work experience.

One of his favourite tasks was packing keyrings, as part of our My Enterprise programme.

In July 2024, he officially joined us at Teamwork Trust.

Since then he has grown in confidence and learnt new skills, helping him achieve a greater level of independence. He's built friendships, competed in pool tournaments, been on trips, and discovered a love of baking.

We’re so proud to have Cameron as part of our community, and have loved seeing him progress over the last two years.

Well done, Cameron! 💙

From Easter baking to furniture making - here's what the last few weeks have looked like! 💙

1) Members designed and made lots of their own amazing Easter decorations this year 🐣

2) There was lots of Easter baking too - James, Channie, Sophie and Tyler did a fab job.

3) Tyler also enjoys his weekly cooking sessions, and he's becoming more confident at preparing ingredients and helping at every stage.

4) Our reading group took part in a reading comprehension exercise, to understand what words mean 📚

5) In our My Enterprise sessions, Karolina helped test the sublimation capabilities on our t-shirts.

6) Robson was in his happy place putting together flat pack furniture. He took his time, followed the instructions, and took a step back if he needed to, to then go again 🛠️

7) There was fun and games in our Wellingborough centre, to develop our maths and English skills - Word Bingo, Tri-ominoes and Pairs!

8) Paul developed his independent living skills, working step-by-step to make his own coffee with sugar and milk.

9) We hosted a craft stall at Swansgate Shopping Centre in Wellingborough, and members were over the moon to receive an Easter egg each from Jo from the Veggie Patch Daylight Centre.

10) JP was extremely happy, getting to choose and buy a new hoover for our Kettering centre. Welcome to our little community, Henry! 👏
