Empowering you to support you little one’s health and wellbeing

Hello and welcome to my Tiny Toes page! As a qualified Reflexologist, Tiny Toes Reflexage (Baby Reflexology & Massage) practitioner and Gentle Release Therapist, uniquely I’m able to combine a range of techniques to into my classes and workshops to support the holistic health of you and your little one. Through classes, one to one sessions and workshops, I’ve supported many mums during the early weeks and months of motherhood, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to comfort and soothe their newborns & little ones. My approach has continued to evolve and expand ever since with more exciting plans in the pipeline!

I launched the Tiny Toes part of my business early in 2019, to provide much needed nurturing and support to new mums and their babies. As a mum of two young boys (now 4 & 5), I’ve attended my fair share of baby classes! I was forever frustrated though that they rarely ticked all the boxes for me, and none had that magic formula of being both an informative, practically useful and nurturing space. I often found it difficult to meet other mums in large class settings, and was frustrated that classes seemed to be over as soon as we’d got settled! These frustrations inspired my approach to my own business.

My relaxed, small-group in-person classes have been really popular. These classes aim to provide a cosy, nurturing, supportive environment to support you in your role as a mum to a new little one - there’s always time out at the end to give you to chance to relax, hang-out with other mums and enjoy tea/coffee and cake. I understand that getting to classes with a newborn is a mission so the last thing you want is to have to rush off at the end! You deserve some time to relax and the opportunity to properly chat to other mums. I provide that space and time, along with the cake (who doesn’t love cake?!).

As well as in-person classes, one to ones & workshops at my home here in Kettering, I also provide them all online too, offering complete flexibility for mums who are unable to attend in-person (wherever they are in the world!). My virtual offerings include 5 week classes combining a mixture of pre-recorded sessions, weekly lives, virtual coffee catch-ups and support through a private Facebook group (just for mums local to Kettering/East Northants), whilst my One to One sessions, new mummy hub wellbeing workshops, and baby focussed workshops (on topics such as digestion and sleep) are open to all regardless of where they’re located.
