Cranial Osteopathy is a very gentle speciality within Osteopathy which is particularly useful for the treatment of children. It can be helpful if a child has had a difficult birth or for those "unsettled" babies. The insertion of fine sterile disposable needles into the body at specific points, shown as effective in the treatment of specific health problems.

Did you know we blink up to 60% less when looking at screens?

And when we blink less, our brain doesn’t get the regular reset it needs, so we stay locked in the same position for longer.

This contributes to that stiff neck, tight shoulders, and general ‘tech neck’ tension so many of us feel by the end of the day.

The simple answer is to make sure you take movement breaks.

Set a reminder, stretch your neck, roll your shoulders, and give your body a reset.
