Just a quick message to say I am now taking a break and will return to work on Monday 17th November 2025.

Emails will be read and responded to during this time but may take a little longer than usual.

If you would like to apply for the level 2 course starting in January, places are still available, so please send in your course documentation and this will be processed as soon as possible upon my return.

🌱 We’re Hiring! 🌱

The Northamptonshire Centre for Counselling Studies (NCCS) is looking for an experienced, person-centred Sessional Counselling Tutor to teach our CPCAB Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills (online via Zoom).

🕕 Wednesday evenings (6–9pm) and 4 x Saturday sessions (09:30am - 5pm)
📅 January – June 2026
💻 Online delivery (Zoom)
💰 £35 per hour (inclusive of marking) + potential bonuses

If you’re a practising counsellor with at least two years’ post-qualification experience, hold a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling (or equivalent) and a Level 3 Teaching qualification, and are passionate about supporting the next generation of counsellors — we’d love to hear from you!

It’s great to have been accepted by National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society as an assessor of these applications - our Level 4 course is already accredited by NCPS and I look forward to now being part of the approval process.

✨ Morning everyone! ✨
Yesterday I had the pleasure of catching up with the amazing Lisa Dvorjetz, one of the Clinical Directors at 💬

They’ve recently opened a beautiful new space in picturesque Quinton (Northants) 🌿 — purpose-built therapy rooms available to hire at really reasonable rates. Such a welcoming environment! 🪷

I’m also super excited to share that I’ll be delivering some CPD sessions from their CPD programme over the next academic year for both qualified and trainee counsellors. Can’t wait to get started! 💡Watch this space for more details.
