Yesterday a patient called us “a successful business”… and honestly, it stopped me in my tracks.

When you’re in the day-to-day of running a business, juggling 100 things at once, it’s easy to forget how far you’ve actually come. Sometimes you really do have to pinch yourself and think — wow, we built this.
