Lovely weekend - Atim and Jenny - teaching yoga at Boughton House & Estate for Greenbelt Festival. So lucky to have this so close to our doorsteps. Our 6th year, a bigger canopy, a wonderful turnout with 190+ people under the canopy. Great weather for all sessions and lots of fun yoga with this years festival theme 'Hope in the making'.

Chilled out after the high of being on stage with a grounding gong bath by Sekrets, danced to some Pan African Samba, swayed along to Sambambo's saxophone, and still laughing at the song lyrics from Beans on Toast.
