Enjoy Your Life Hypnotherapy & Coaching Helping people fall back in love with their lives! Because surviving isn’t enough and you deserve more than just getting by.

You deserve to feel alive, connected and hopeful about the future. Are you ready to rediscover your spark? I work with people who have been suffering from stress and anxiety and who feel they have lost their way in life. My clients often say to me that they don't know how they got to this place in their life. They know they aren't happy there but they don't know what to do to make things better. I help my clients to get back control of their lives, help them to regain their confidence and realise that the future holds so much more for them. What sets me apart from other health care professionals is that I use a solution focused approach. I only focus on the future and how we can achieve positive outcomes rather than raking back through the past. I use a simple 5 step process which can turn people's lives around in as little as 6 weeks. I help them to understand why they are suffering the way they are, help them to set positive goals for the future, identify and undo any negative behaviour patterns that may be holding them back, create positive new behaviour patterns and habits and then lock those in for permanent change. If you would like to find out how you can get your life back on track call me now on 07729 801 247 to book a free consultation.

There’s a tiny moment each morning, before my feet touch the floor and before the to‑do list finds me.

In that quiet space, I get to choose: do I repeat yesterday on autopilot, or do I take one tiny step toward who I’m becoming today?

Lately I’ve been treating that moment like a blank page – a chance to set a simple intention like “move a little slower” or “be kinder to myself.”

It never changes everything at once, but it does change the quality of my day, one small decision at a time.

Noticing this threshold gives us an opportunity to ask ourselves:

“Who do I want to be today, in one small way?” 💜

Ask someone to tell you about a truly happy time, and most will share a moment — a memory spent with loved ones, a peaceful pause alone, a sense of pride, or an experience that felt deeply meaningful.

Even when it involves money — a special gift, something saved for, or something shared — it’s rarely about the purchase itself. It’s about what that purchase created: a connection, an experience, a feeling.

Research consistently echoes this truth: money doesn’t buy happiness — moments do.

But dig a little deeper and the science gets interesting.

Spending can make us happier — when we use it to help others, explore new experiences, or invest in our growth.

It’s not the money that matters. It’s the outcome — those moments that spark joy, fuel connection, and flood our brains with those feel-good chemicals that lift our mood and help us feel alive.

I can still remember times scraping together change to share half a pint in a warm pub or holding my breath as a cheque cleared for a food shop. We didn’t have much money, but we had an abundance of moments. And that abundance kept us happy.

The truth is, happiness doesn’t depend on wealth. The best “moments” often cost nothing — just time, presence, and attention.

A walk in nature. Watching your child play. A conversation that fills you up. Getting lost in a book.

Be present. Savour the moment. Happiness is already here 💜

Life is too short to save things for “best”

Today I’m wearing my favourite jumper, sipping my favourite tea, using my favourite hand cream and putting on my favourite necklace – and I’m not even going anywhere special!

But there is still an old soundtrack playing in my head:

⭐️ “Don’t be so silly, you’ll ruin your stuff.”

⭐️ “What makes you so special?”

⭐️ “Don’t be wasteful.”

But there’s another, quieter voice:

💜 What if I don’t ruin it?

💜 What if I had so much joy wearing it that it was worth it?

💜 What if I actually deserve it?

That last question always stops me in my tracks, because the truth is: we all do.

Every single day you are doing the best you can with the energy and resources you have, and that deserves recognition – even if nobody else sees it 💜

Little rituals like wearing your favourite jumper, your best shoes, or a swipe of lipstick are tiny love notes to yourself.

⭐️ They say “I value me" ⭐️

⭐️ They say "I am worth using the good stuff now,” ⭐️

💜 And that is powerful self‑care 💜

In my therapy room, self worth and self love come up again and again.

It is incredible to watch my clients realise they are worthy of kindness from themselves, not just from others and to hear the simple little messages, like wearing their favourite jumper, they give to themselves each day as a gentle reminder 💜

What’s one “best” thing you’re going to use or wear just for you today?

This image caught my attention this morning.

Something I’ve noticed about myself is how quickly I move on to the next task (sometimes even before I’ve finished the previous one!).

Even when I’m enjoying what I’m doing, I can find myself dashing straight into the next thing without taking a moment to really appreciate the experience I’ve just had.

This picture reminded me to pause.

It might only be 30 seconds, but that tiny pause helps me truly register what I’ve just done and step into the next thing with a clearer, more settled mind.

My neurodivergent brain can be rather chaotic, so a small pause like this can make a huge difference.

Research shows that brief “micro‑breaks” support our energy, focus and stress levels, even when they’re under 10 minutes.

I love that we don’t always have to make big changes to feel a big difference. My clients are often surprised by that.

When life feels difficult, overwhelming or stressful, it can seem like the only answer is a massive life overhaul.

And sometimes big changes are needed. But often, it’s the tiny shifts – a 30‑second pause, one deep breath, one kind thought towards yourself – that quietly change everything over time. 💜

What’s one tiny pause you could build into your day today?

“Rule your mind or it will rule you”

That’s exactly what the power of hypnotherapy is all about.

It’s not woo woo, swinging watches or getting people to cluck like chickens – it’s a modern, evidence-based way to help you change how your brain responds to stress, habits and unhelpful thoughts, so you can finally feel back in control.

In hypnotherapy, we work with your focused, relaxed state to quiet the noise, access the subconscious patterns driving your feelings and behaviour, and create new, healthier responses that actually stick.

It’s about giving you practical tools you can use in everyday life – not just feeling good for an hour and then slipping back into old cycles.

Pretty awesome stuff!

I’ve only got 3 free Discovery Call spaces left for February, where we can explore what’s going on for you, how hypnotherapy can help, and whether we’re a good fit to work together.

If you’d like one of those spots, drop me a message or comment “MIND” below and I’ll get in touch 💜

“The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.” – Picasso 💜

This quote speaks straight to my heart.

Yesterday, one of my clients told me they think my gift is in the words I use — in helping them understand themselves, their minds, and asking the kind of questions that help them find their own way forward.

They said, “You always seem to find the simplest analogy that helps me see things differently.”

I smiled, because I realised that is my gift — born from my neurodiversity. I didn’t always “get it” at school, so I had to find creative ways to make sense of the world.

And now, that creativity is the gift I get to share — helping others understand themselves and find their way in this world. 💜

What do you think your gift might be?

Reignite Your Inner Spark ✨

🌟 Do you ever feel like life looks fine on the outside… but something inside just feels flat?

🌟 Maybe everything you’ve worked for is right there — the job, the home, the routine — yet that inner spark seems to have dimmed.

🌟 Perhaps you catch your reflection and wonder, when did I stop feeling like me?

You’re not alone.

We all lose our way sometimes.

Life can quietly slip into “autopilot,” and before we know it, we’ve forgotten what makes us feel truly alive.

The good news?

That spark isn’t gone — it’s just waiting to be rekindled ✨

You don’t always need to make huge, scary changes either!

Often, it’s the inner shifts that bring everything back into focus.

That’s the work I love most — helping people reconnect with themselves so they can fall back in love with their life from the inside out.

Through the power of neuroscience, hypnotherapy, and compassionate coaching, I’ll help you rediscover your glow — and start loving the person you see in the mirror again.

💫 Ready to reignite your spark?

Book your free Discovery Call today — and begin your journey back to you.

Together, let’s make this one precious life amazing!

Happiness, happiness, the greatest gift that we possess…

So why does it so often feel like something we’re chasing?

Why can it seem so hard to hold onto?

What makes happiness feel so elusive?

💜 We often put pressure on ourselves to feel happy all the time. The bad news? That’s just not possible. But the good news is—life doesn’t have to be perfect for us to experience happiness. 😊

💜 We sometimes see happiness as an exclusive state—something we can only feel when sadness, loneliness, or fear have gone away. But emotions aren’t mutually exclusive. You can feel joy at dinner with friends while still missing someone who can’t be there. Both feelings can exist side by side.

💜 We tell ourselves happiness depends on success—that once we get the new job, the partner, the home—then we’ll be happy. But happiness isn’t waiting on the other side of achievement. It’s something we can build right where we are.

💜 And sometimes, we even believe we need to earn it. But happiness isn’t a reward—it’s a state of being we all deserve, just as we are.

The wonderful thing is, we don’t have to do more, be more, or spend more to feel happy.

✨ What does happiness mean to you? How do you recognise those moments when you truly feel it? I’d love to hear your thoughts below.

This little chap sings from the same branch in my garden every morning — rain or shine — and I never get tired of it. 🎶

The tune doesn’t change much, but it always lifts my mood.

It’s a lovely reminder that joy doesn’t need to be new or grand — sometimes it’s found in the small, steady moments we take time to notice. 🌿💜

You will get there.

But today, in the middle of the emails, appointments and an endless to‑do list, see if you can find one tiny moment to pause.

The cup of tea that’s still warm in your hands. The way the light falls across the floor. The sound of someone you love in the next room.

When you stop, your whole system gently resets – your shoulders drop, your breath softens, your mind clears.

The list will still be there when you return, but you’ll meet it with a calmer nervous system and a fresher brain.

This moment, right here, won’t happen again.
It doesn’t have to be perfect or profound – just noticed.

What’s one small thing you feel grateful for in this exact moment?

Our Story

I work with people who have been suffering from stress and anxiety and who feel they have lost their way in life. My clients often say to me that they don't know how they got to this place in their life. They know they aren't happy there but they don't know what to do to make things better. I help my clients to get back control of their lives, help them to regain their confidence and realise that the future holds so much more for them.

I chose to retrain as a hypnotherapist after my own anxiety led to physical health problems and a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. “One of the things that helped me the most in my recovery was understanding how our brains work and why that can have such a huge impact on our wellbeing, both physical and mental and this is something I now share with all my clients”. Using my own experiences and training I specialise in helping people overcome anxiety and chronic conditions such as CFS, Fibromyalgia and IBS.
