Enjoy Your Life Hypnotherapy & Coaching

Enjoy Your Life Hypnotherapy & Coaching Helping people fall back in love with their lives! Because surviving isn’t enough and you deserve more than just getting by.

You deserve to feel alive, connected and hopeful about the future. Are you ready to rediscover your spark? I work with people who have been suffering from stress and anxiety and who feel they have lost their way in life. My clients often say to me that they don't know how they got to this place in their life. They know they aren't happy there but they don't know what to do to make things better. I help my clients to get back control of their lives, help them to regain their confidence and realise that the future holds so much more for them. What sets me apart from other health care professionals is that I use a solution focused approach. I only focus on the future and how we can achieve positive outcomes rather than raking back through the past. I use a simple 5 step process which can turn people's lives around in as little as 6 weeks. I help them to understand why they are suffering the way they are, help them to set positive goals for the future, identify and undo any negative behaviour patterns that may be holding them back, create positive new behaviour patterns and habits and then lock those in for permanent change. If you would like to find out how you can get your life back on track call me now on 07729 801 247 to book a free consultation.

The Big Move Begins!

Hey everyone! 🌟

This week, I'm knee-deep in boxes as I pack up and head to my new home—think cardboard chaos and coffee-fueled adventures!

Just a friendly reminder: I'm taking a short break to settle in, but I'll be back supporting your mental health journeys from December 16th all via online sessions from my fresh, cozy workspace.

No big changes here—it's just like chatting face-to-face, but from wherever you feel most comfortable!

(Psst, those few pre-Christmas in-person spots are filling up fast—DM me if you're keen!)

I can't wait to show you my new therapy space (once all the boxes have gone, of course!)

So far we’ve been talking about the negative impact of digital overwhelm.

But under all that noise is often a lot of good news - you just have to go looking for it!

The good news is the algorithms can work for us, we just have to give them the right input.

Here are my favourite ways to shift the algorithms if my feed starts to look a bit overwhelming.

* click the like button on every positive quote or story you see

* actively go to pages that share positive or thought provoking news stories and like a few posts

* don’t wait to see a post from a friend, go to their page and like their posts

Interacting with posts in this way shifts the algorithm to show us more posts like this and our feee starts to feel more balanced.

Why not give it a go and see what changes for you?

Turn the volume up on the goodness 💜

Is your brain craving a break from the endless scrolling and alerts?

Digital overwhelm is real—but a few small changes can make a big difference.

Try this simple reset to help you switch off and refocus before you dive back in.

Sunday: Make it a full screen-free day to recharge brain and body. Maybe schedule a screen free day in to your diary once a month and see how much better you feel?

Stepping away from screens, even briefly, helps your brain recharge and can instantly lift your mood and focus.

Why Not Give It a Go?

Detoxing digitally doesn’t mean cutting yourself off from the world—it means regaining control, reducing overwhelm, and giving your brain the reset it needs.

Saturday: Enjoy two device-free hours—explore, create, relax... Whatever you choose to do notice how you feel after that time. Does it feel better than spending time on your phone?

Stepping away from screens, even briefly, helps your brain recharge and can instantly lift your mood and focus.

Friday: Switch off screens 90 minutes before bed for better sleep. Exposure to the light from devices suppresses melatonin production and disrupts the body’s natural sleep-wake cycle, making it harder to fall and stay asleep.

Stepping away from screens, even briefly, helps your brain recharge and can instantly lift your mood and focus.

I used to think my anxiety was normal.

🙁 Constant worrying thoughts
🙁 Never feeling good enough
🙁 Imposter Syndrome
🙁 Trouble sleeping
🙁 IBS
🙁 OCD

15 years ago, I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and completely stuck.

Then came Christmas — and the worries went into overdrive.

😩 “that’s just me ?”
😩 “I’ve always been this way”
😩 “There’s no changing it now”

Those were the stories I told myself. Until one day, everything stopped.

A diagnosis of post-viral chronic fatigue syndrome forced me to face a choice:

Change things, or stay stuck.

That’s when a friend — a hypnotherapist — helped me understand something I’d completely missed.

My thoughts weren’t just in my head; they were affecting my body, too.

At first, I resisted. I wasn’t anxious, was I?

I was strong, successful, confident — at least on the outside. But inside, my brain was on red alert 24/7.

When I discovered that I could retrain my mind, quiet the noise, and find calm again — it changed everything. It gave me hope.

That journey led to where I am today — helping others do the same through Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, coaching and mentoring.

If anxiety has become your “normal,” there is another way.

✨ You can take back control.
✨ You can feel calm and confident again.
✨ You can enjoy your life.

💬 Let’s talk about how.

Book your free discovery call today and start your journey back to peace of mind.

Thursday: Keep it tech-free. Instead of checking emails, use breaks in your day to step outside for a short walk, do some gentle movement, or enjoy a screen-free hobby like sketching, journaling, or mindful breathing.

Stepping away from screens, even briefly, helps your brain recharge and can instantly lift your mood and focus.

I’m surrounded by boxes packing up for our house move on Monday I am excited about creating my new therapy space to work from!

Your sessions are getting a little upgrade too: from in‑person to online.

Working together online is just as warm, safe and effective as being in the room, and you get to show up from wherever you feel most comfortable.

If you’ve got questions about what you’ll need, how it feels, or whether it’s right for you, I’ve put together a simple FAQ to talk you through it.

And of course, you can always reach out if you have any questions 😀

For the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of welcoming you into my home for our therapy sessions.

This space has been a special part of my life—and I hope it has been for you too.

After nearly 19 years in our home here in Northamptonshire, we have made the big decision to move house and relocate to Suffolk.

This decision was not taken lightly, but it feels right for this chapter of our lives.

🌟 Moving My Sessions Online 🌟

Being able to work online with my clients has made this move possible.

I have been offering therapy sessions online for over a decade now, and around 50% of my clients already connect with me in this way.

Research consistently shows that whether we work in-person or online, the results are just as effective.

🌟 Will Online Sessions Feel Different?

My clients tell me they quickly forget we aren’t in the room together!

The format, structure, and therapeutic process of our sessions remain the same.

🌟🌟Thank You!🌟🌟

Thank you so much for trusting me on your journey. I look forward to continuing our work together in this new format.

If you have any questions please reach out—I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I love this 💜

Every year I sit myself down and choose a few words “to be” for the year ahead.

2025 has been a busy year full of lots of changes for me.

As I reflect on my “to be” list I set for myself at the beginning of the year I can see that all the changes I’ve made have been more intentional than I first thought.

2025 was all about being “authentically me”. All the changes and decisions I have made have been guided by this.

Sometimes this shows up in big ways like my new brand, Enjoy Your Life. Other days it’s in the small changes, like throwing away that old jumper that just doesn’t feel like me anymore.

Either way, setting a clear intention for ourselves helps us to stay on track in a world that often tries to send us on diversions!

So as I reflect on my intentions for this year and where they have take me, I am already starting to look ahead to my “to be” list for 2026.

Calm and Settled will definitely be on my list!

I wonder what you will choose? Please do share your words in the comments below, you might just inspire someone else in their choices too! 💜

Our Story

I work with people who have been suffering from stress and anxiety and who feel they have lost their way in life. My clients often say to me that they don't know how they got to this place in their life. They know they aren't happy there but they don't know what to do to make things better. I help my clients to get back control of their lives, help them to regain their confidence and realise that the future holds so much more for them.

I chose to retrain as a hypnotherapist after my own anxiety led to physical health problems and a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. “One of the things that helped me the most in my recovery was understanding how our brains work and why that can have such a huge impact on our wellbeing, both physical and mental and this is something I now share with all my clients”. Using my own experiences and training I specialise in helping people overcome anxiety and chronic conditions such as CFS, Fibromyalgia and IBS.
