I am qualified, insured and a registered Microprovider accredited by Somerset County Council. I am an experienced, reliable and friendly person proving a home help sevice for people in their own homes who need care or support to independently live a full life, keep well and be part of their community. I offer a range of care to meet your needs and a consistent service with the same caring person. I offer, Companionship, Social outings, Shopping, Cooking or meal preparation, Home care, Attending appointments, Sitting service, Pet walking, Basic administration & Well-being relaxation sessions. I am passionate about helping people to stay well and improve their health & well-being. I also love to meet new people and hear their stories. I have a professional background as a qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist improving people's health & well-being, together with experience in care and support work. I also am experienced in taking meditation & relaxation classes, together with teaching stress reduction techniques. I am a registered Microprovider, a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and also a member of the Association for Reflexologists.
