🍁Frosty Mornings🍁

Frosty morning dog walks are back!
I’ve just returned from a trip to see my family in France.. when I left the temperature was still in double figures, it’s safe to say it’s considerably colder now.

I was also feeling a little under the weather last week so it was time to go into emergency self care mode.
At the first sign of a cold my go to remedies involve lots of spices, homemade eucalyptus balms (step away from the Vicks!) and immune system boosting echinacea and for the past few years.. this method has always done well for me 🥰

(I had the added bonus of Turmeric oat milk courtesy of this time round too 🧡)

Sometimes when there is an out of balance it can create the illusion of either feeling stuck, separated from self or poorly in the physical body

Yes ‘Reiki’ or energy healing does absolutely works magic but what I’ve found over many years of learning and researching into all aspects that make us human

Is that if the ‘Out of Balance’ is not addressed
If mindsets aren’t changed
If emotions aren’t being heard or validated then the physical body is going to scream a little louder until we do eventually pay attention and seek help

In the sessions that I offer I cover …

The mind and cognitive rewiring
Bring awareness to the emotional body providing deep insights , tools, techniques and many ways of understanding why things happen and how to move forward from them

I go deep into the vibrational aspect and how this impacts the reality we live in
Law of Attraction etc

Although I’m not a qualified nutritionist I can
provided helpful information regarding lovely things that can benefit the body

I’m loving the fact that more and more clients want conversations regarding spiritual healing, spiritual awakenings, past lives, life after death

I’ve helped souls to navigate spiritual awakenings, reassuring them that it’s all perfectly natural and the reasoning as to why we are here as it can feel odd and a bit like going crazy 😄

more are wanting to talk about our true galactic origins, why they are drawn to off world information
(especially my younger clients)
They feel safe to share their thoughts and experiences, using phrases such as empathic, star seeds and light workers and what that all means
Even curiosity about light language and codes

So yes sessions are all different
They are all unique and all are tailored to your own requirements

Why not book a table for our 'Christmas Gift Wrapping Day'
Sunday 14th December
Open 11.30am-6pm

Bring all your gifts, wrapping paper, ribbons, scissors and tape!
We will provide the table & chairs, quiet time, a warm cozy environment and a mince pie! 🥧

Tables are 6ft by 3ft and can be requested for 3 hours at a time - you can also share a table with a friend! 🎁
