Small tweak to my treatment menu to include TMJ massage. It is a form of advanced clinical massage, but I wanted to make it easier to find for those specifically needing help with jaw pain or clenching.

There aren't too many TMJ massage practitioners within Worcestershire, so drop me a message to see if I can support you in reducing pain and/ or increase range of movement in this important area of the body.

Bambi survived the dragonridewales 👏🏻💪🏻

It was a tough & long day in Wales on Sunday where Bambi took on 10 brutal climbs across 296km. The weather was unkind during the 13 hours & 14 minutes in the saddle, making it one of the toughest races that she has ever done. Apparently the theroctri was a close 2nd (personally, I had a lovely day during the Roc. Sunday was a little wet 🙊🤣)
Shout out to rr.cyclemechanics for keeping her bike in tip top condition 🙌🏻
