I'm a Sports Therapist now working at Resolve & Restore based in Kidderminster and I'm passionate about helping people move with confidence, reduce pain and feel better in their everyday lives.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing progress - session by session - whether that's helping someone return to sport, manage long-standing aches and pains or simply move more freely and comfortably day to day.
