Made some dog treats today - on the left peanut butter and banana, on the right tuna flaxseed. He bloody loves them... And so does Stitch haha 🤣 Only problem was the remains of last night's Chinese was in the oven in its tubs and I didn't realise... Once I got rid of the dripping plastic it was OK 🤣

Visited VegFest 26 today... Expecting my car will be on some people's hit lists... There was a stand there that was campaigning against what I do for a living, but hey we live in Britain and they have that right. Anyway found this charity to support - Fauna & Flora - they have been around for 123 years and are headed by Sir David Attenborough. I had never heard of them and that's because they work quietly doing conservation projects across the world, with nobody knowing, they have done amazing things with the Saiga, whose amazing nose allows it to breathe in really cold climate. Please check them out, they need our support www.fauna-flora.org

Did a bit of sparring at VegFest 26 in Birmingham today, with - I enjoyed it, felt good afterwards, even though it was only a couple of minutes. Check Benny out especially if you're into your martial arts. One problem though - It made me realise how much I miss the gym and my running, which I've been thinking about trying to get back into.
