What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident and caring Senior Care Worker who can support our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience in domiciliary care

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* A warm, professional and reliable approach

* The ability to work independently and as part of a team

* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

* Right to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Care Worker, you will:

* Deliver high‑quality personal care and support

* Assist with medication, mobility, meals and daily routines

* Carry out spot checks, observations and support junior staff

* Maintain accurate care records and documentation

* Build positive relationships with clients and their families

* Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times
