Does it matter?
As with most things, the importance can often be oversold- but there are a few things I can recommend;
●Biggest cause of a running injury is a 'training error'. Too much too soon, too little rest or a lack of running based strength. Focus on this first👌
●No need to splash out💸
●Having multiple pairs to alternate with can help prevent overuse injuries
●Insoles are overrated, but work for some
●Shoe lifespan varies greatly, check the sole and the insole for excessive wear
●Bright shoes are best 😍
●Flat shoes will help get the most out of your lifting
●Please please train calves 🙏
