Diabetes is one of the fastest-growing health challenges worldwide.

Around 1 in 2 adults with diabetes don’t know they have it.

Healthy eating, regular exercise, and routine health checks can help prevent or manage diabetes.

Early detection and proper care greatly reduce the risk of complications like heart disease, kidney problems, and vision loss.

Join us on Tuesday 11th November as we come together with family and friends to honour and remember those who served and sacrificed.

We’ll gather at 10:45am, with our two-minute silence at 11:00am, followed by tea and cakes for everyone to enjoy! ☕️🍰
